More family photos

My cousin Kurt sent these pictures, and some information about who and what are shown in each.

Above:
This is the wedding photo of Alan Ritchie and Alice Sybil Osborne in Manchester (Chorlton), County Lancashire, England in 1903.

In the photo left to right are;

Francis Arthur Leath, Laura Ann Ritchie (nee Brown) mother of the groom, Alan Ritchie (Groom), Alice Sybil Osborne (Bride), Annie Osborne (nee Aston) mother of the bride, A. Nuthall (Best Man)

Lower Left - Ethyl F. Ritchie (Bridesmaid)       Lower Right - Florence Moore (Bridesmaid)

Note - our Grandpa Ritchie gave me a basic ID of the people in the photo but through some research I found out who they are.  Francis Arthur Leath preferred to be called Arthur.  He later married Annie Osborne and became Step-father to Alan and therefore Grandfather to our Grandpa Ritchie.  Ethel was the name he gave for the woman in the lower left of the photo.  Since she is on the "Groom's" side I think she is Alan's younger sister, whom I identified in census info.

This is the famed Tea Party recorded by UK Census takers in March or April 1901.  The place is the residence of Francis Arthur Leath residing at Ashton Hall on Church Road in Ashton upon Mersey, County Cheshire, England.  From left to right people are;

Florence M. Moore "Aunt Flo", Ernest A. "Ernie" Leath, Annie Osborne (nee Aston), Francis Arthur Leath, little Annie, Emma "Auntie Em" (visiting from Australia?), and Alice Sybil Osborne.

The 1901 UK census lists "Florence M. Moore, Alice S. Osborne, and Annie Osborne as visitors" in relation to the "Head of the house, Francis Arthur Leath, whose occupation was Newspaper Author."

Connecticut Steel and Wire Band circa 1917 with Alan Ritchie as Bandmaster.  I think we figured he was in the top row, 4th from the right.
